CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
While major emphasis is laid on the academic progress of the students, the school also provides ample scope for the development of their creative faculties. Students are motivated to learn by doing and participating in various activities according to their aptitude. The school has the following Hobby Clubs:-

SPORTS
The school provides adequate facilities for outdoor and indoor games like Cricket, Football, Hockey, Basketball, Volley Ball, Lawn Tennis, Table Tennis, Badminton and Athletics to all students. Regular PT forms an integral part of their physical training programme. The school has qualified and experienced Army PT Instructors. The school Gymnasium provides a variety of equipment including the Multi-Gym to all students. Students are also regularly sponsored for adventure, mountaineering and other similar courses. 
NATIONAL CADET CORPS (NCC)
Enrolment in NCC is compulsory for all students and it forms an integral part of the school curriculum. The school has a full fledged Independent NCC Company. The Head Master is the Officer Commanding of NCC Company who is assisted by well qualified NCC Officers and Instructors. The Cadets regularly take part in Republic Day Parade camp at New Delhi and Annual Training Camps/National integration camps held in various parts of the country. Senior NCC cadets are detailed to attend Adventure Courses, at HMI, Darjeeling, Rock Climbing and Advanced Leadership Course During vacations in order to promote the development of leadership qualities.

 

EDUCATIONAL TOURS
Educational tours form an essential part of the school curriculum. Students are taken to various important places of educational interest in the country including Defence Training Centres/Establishments.

 

ENTERTAINMENT
Adequate arrangements have been made for healthy entertainment to students. Select movies are screened once a week. Co-curricular activities like musical evenings, drama shows, recitation, ex-tempore speeches and quiz programmes etc. are also organised, which provide a source of entertainment and knowledge to the students.
